How Click4Advisor Phone Advise Works: Click4Advisor is a cutting-edge technology platform that allows web visitors like you to be connected to advisors instantly using regular telephone lines. To get started, just sign up as a User and deposit a balance. Your account balance will be charged for the number of minutes you speak to an Advisor per the Advisor's published per minute rate. Once your balance is depleted, your call will be disconnected. You call always login to deposit more funds into your account to get more advice. You do not need a speaker or microphone or any other equipment to contact the advisor. You do not need to worry about your Internet line speed because the calls are made over ordinary telephone lines. Simply enter your phone number (cell phone or land line) and wait for the phone to ring a few seconds later. Once you pick up your phone you will be connected with the advisor to whom you want to speak. Telephone Numbers & Calls. We never share any User or Advisor telephone numbers. Since SPG solutions initiates each call, neither party using the Service will be able to know the other party's phone number. Caller ID systems will receive either a restricted message or a dummy number associated only with SPG Solutions central network system. SPG does monitor or record the content of any calls made over the System. Use of Information. This contact information is never given, rented or sold to anyone and is used solely by SPG Solutions LLC. We do use very broad demographic data about our clients, customers and visitors, none of which however can be associated with any one individual. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We reserve the right to track IP addresses for the purposes of fraud prevention, and we reserve the right to release IP addresses to legal authorities.
