Here
is a simple meditation that can be used everyday

First, I
will explain how this meditation is used
and why it's important.
Try to imagine that we are electro-magnetic
beings who operate in energy.
Now, remember why some appliances have three prongs on their plugs. One
is for positive, one negative, and one ground.
Now if this appliance had no ground and a short happened within the appliance
it might burn something up or even catch on fire. Our bodies are not much
different from appliances and how grounding works.
When we ground ourselves in meditation we are creating an invisible but
real ground for all those thoughts that we don't need in our lives and
need to ground into the earth.
This keeps our systems protected from stress, panic attacks(which I know
you get) and anxiety
(which many of us get, including you..wink wink) right?
So that is how I come to explain meditation
and why it's important.
Here
is my meditation;
Either stand up or sit crossed legged.
Close your eyes and start to envision your legs slowly
turn into bark like a tree.
Feel your arms and hands turn into branches with a
whole lot of leaves growing from them,
Feel still and silent but wise and aware.
Then feel and visualize roots growing from the bottom
of your feet which anchor into the earth
Visualize the roots growing deeper
and deeper into the center of the earth.
Then visualize this white radiant light that waits for you in the center
core and you see your roots grow right into the white light.
The white light then starts to ascend into your roots, going up, up, up,
to your feet and body filling every cell in your being with this radiant
white light of God.
You should feel tranquil yet highly aware and free of negative thoughts,
and as you are feeling this, also visualize all negative energy, thoughts
or what not, being grounded into the Earth.
You should at this point in time feel clear
and open to God.
