FEBRUARY 1, 2003MERGING HEART SPIRALSToday is February 1st, 2003, a potent day on our beloved planet. Before we move to far into this month’s information – I want to wish all of you celebrating the Chinese New Year – Happy New Year. Today is also the new moon, which always carries the potential for creating the new. This one in particular holds that pattern as it is in the sign of Aquarius, which brings higher vision and awareness of our co-creative potential. Over the past 2 days (Jan 30 & 31st) our planet moved through an ultra-sonic beam of photon energy referred to as the Jupiter effect. This energy will have a lasting effect on our planet and will continue to allow for deep examination of our individual and collective selves. Over the past few months many others and myself have been drawn to work closely with the earth and her specific energy power spots. Last weekend while driving up island I was drawn to a small mountain that I have driven by hundreds of times. This time I was shown it held a double helix energy spiral with one energy being an inward inter-dimensional vortex, the other being an outward inter-dimensional vortex. Today I did a meditation on the mountain and found that the double helix was not only a powerful grid point connecting other power spots but also a representation of the continued male/female god/goddess re-balancing and integration that has been ongoing these past weeks. I was shown how this dynamic energy integration is taking place within our hearts during these next few weeks and is a much needed perquisite to the March 3 /03 or the 3-3-3 portal coming soon. ArchAngel Michael spoke through Ronna Herman this month and described a three-dimensional diamond growing in our hearts and upon our request being filled with light/life force energy. I saw this heart diamond energy being anchored with beautiful spirals of balanced male/female twin flame energy, into the heart of beloved mother earth through power grid points around the planet. Over the past weeks all relationships have been held to higher degree of examination than ever before. This will continue as we deeply examine the essence of any relationship that is keeping us in old patterns or thwarting our growth or that of others. At no other time has the energy intensity of our heart relationships been so keenly under the looking glass so too speak. This is not just personal relationships of family and loved ones, but professional relationships and of course the most important one that with ourselves. More and more over the next weeks we will be forced to ask ourselves probing questions about our actions, agenda’s, past-experiences and most importantly what if anything is keeping us from our dreams and highest potential. It has been said that 2003 will be a year of change, and it is beginning through our relationship with our hearts. All of us at one time or another have had upsets, hurts, things we have put aside for later. Collectively those aspects are up and all of us are experiencing a clearing of intense proportions. The threat of war on our planet is having a profound affect on all of us, our hearts. Fear causes a contraction within the field and this is being felt globally. With this comes the feeling to want to retreat, hold back, stay put and try to feel safe. Usually this means maintaining what is known to us or comfortable, even if it is not serving us. In the past we could retreat and find the safety we longed for. Now, the energy of this new earth is saying there is no safety in repeating old patterns that no longer serve you or those affected by you. No longer will you feel safe in these situations, instead you could feel uncomfortable, sad, lonely, irritable, edgy, whatever feeling is enough to get you to stand up and listen or more importantly to take action. For even the smallest steps reveal love for yourself, which in turn is reflected directly through your actions with your loved ones, family, community and of course our beloved mother earth. We are being coached with a loving diligence to stand in our truth, our power and to encourage each other to live lives that are loving, abundant, joyous, fulfilling and most importantly allowing us to feel and operate from our hearts. That being said, the clearing aspect will be present for most of this month. For many this will feel intense and for the most part quite emotional. Our emotions are great tools for understanding ourselves, and many have capped their ability to “feel” in order to survive. The uncapping will be felt over the next weeks, and this will be reflected in a myriad of ways. For many there will be a heightened sensitivity to their feelings and expression of them. Disrupted sleep patterns, intense dreams or lack of dreaming, feelings of melancholy, lack of appetite or increased hunger, feeling overwhelmed, burdened. Physically most are complaining of low energy, dizziness, nausea, headaches, and a general sort of malaise. Some are finding themselves coming down with a flu or cold that causes them to actually be in bed for a few days. All of these and more are symptoms and indications that much is happening with our emotional body and energy patterning While it does sound intense there is much that is uplifting and absolutely amazing about this time. We are being given tools almost daily to help us manage and manuvre through these times. Our legions of angels and guides are closer and more communicative than ever with us. Helping us let go of fear, showing us that we can have our dreams by taking action in the simplest of ways. That the old paradigms are not working and new ones are being created by each of us as needed. It is a profoundly powerful time of creation and opportunity. One simply has to have courage to take the first step, to trust your heart and know that we are all in this together. While these times are tumultuous and intense, try to rest and relax. Do whatever makes you feel supported, whether that be having a massage, taking a long walk, going for a swim, sauna, a healthy dinner, writing in a journal or connecting with friends and family. We must always remember that this is a game that we created for ourselves, for the fun of it !! Remember to laugh at least once a day, eat your greens, fresh fruit and have fun !! Shala Shala was born and raised on Vancouver Island, in Western Canada and continues to make her home on this magical island. The death of her father in 1975 was the catalyst for what has now become a 28-year study of Spirituality, Energy, Frequency, Vibration & Healing.
