April 1, 2004INFINITE HEARTThe energy of April is focused on the infinite opportunities of Love, like a newly finished garment we proudly step forth too model. April’s energy is grand and the support flowing too us like that of a pristine river of liquid light. We have come through the alchemical fire of the first quarter of this year. It hasn’t been easy, the energy was demanding, emotionally and physically challenging. Often times it seemed like more that we could bear, with karmic threads of significant lifetimes being simultaneously experienced in this “now” of circular time and space. Relationships with loved ones changing before our eyes, challenging our deepest core beliefs about ourselves and the roles we continue to play. All of us are feeling the need to catch our breath, and to integrate the myriad of changes that have occurred over these past weeks. This month we will have that opportunity and much more. April is the 4th month of the year; our 4th chakra is our heart – the focus of this time. The frequency and vibration of “love” is at the highest level it has ever reached on our planet. Each of us in our own way is anchoring this energy into our beloved planet, allowing change to occur at record speed. The 4/4/4 or April 4/04 is another very powerful opportunity to further activate the codes of our cosmic blueprint. Many of us have been feeling an excitement building these past weeks, especially since the Equinox in March. Our intuition is at an all time high a deep inner knowing is beginning to become second nature and trusted. During the past few weeks the planet Venus has been a beacon in the night sky – like a shining diamond. The energy of this great planet is of Love, and this diamond light has been radiating down upon us in preparation for now. Beginning April 1st for four nights the planet Venus will slide by the Pleiades star system, shining a light that is brilliant even to the naked eye. This celestial dazzle culminates on the 4/4/4 the numeric portal of opportunity. The Pleiades are often called the “Seven Sisters” and the energy of this star system is the feminine aspect to that of our Sun or masculine aspect. The Pleiades, therefore open a higher level of consciousness, unfolding within us the potentials and gifts that are inherent and manifest on the higher realms of our cosmic selves. This Pleiadian energy has the power to manifest and energize the qualities that are inherent in the seeds planted and codes in each of us, thereby enhancing our intuitive and spiritual current, or the intelligence of our heart. We have once again setup a powerful and potent opportunity to enhance our journey. This 4/4/4 portal energy will wash over and through the celestial/earth grids. Thus allowing the collective to purge more easily any “old paradigm’s, ” allowing the sweetness of the Pleiades to balance further our masculine and feminine aspects and bring wholeness into even deeper levels of our being. Often times as we prepare for these potent times, there is a “dying off” of our old patterns and beliefs. This is in part much of what we have been experiencing these past few months. We can choose to hold on or too let go and step fully into our “infinite heart”. There is so much support for this grand opportunity celestially. It is almost like the stars and planets wanted to make sure we wouldn’t miss it. April 5th is the Full Moon, always a powerful time of feminine energy. This full moon is particularly important as it is in the sign of Libra, whose primary focus is balance in relationship – something that is pivotal to our journey in 2004. Carolyn Brent of shamanic astrology explains it perfectly: “This Full Moon in Libra, is setting the stage for a time of turning our attention towards all aspects of relationship and partnership. With all of our relationship issues coming to the forefront – whether they be about love, marriage, friendships, family or legally binding ones – it can be a bit overwhelming. There can be a lot to juggle with making decisions and prioritizing – especially when the issues may intimately involve another person, making this an opportune time to invoke our own Council and bring all matters to the Round Table where each can be given an equal voice and equal consideration. As the Sun (15° Aries) sextiles Neptune (14° Aquarius), there is a surge of creative and spiritual energy that is available for assisting in this process of creating balance and harmony.” So, the first week of April is filled with potential that is heart opening both personally and for the collective. A time to blossom into this new energy and examine where there may be any residual resistance. Often when there is a download of higher frequency it will take the physical and emotional body time to integrate. This is a perfect time to ask ourselves if we are truly happy in our lives, relationships, work – do we have the tools to make the steps necessary to bring us our heart and souls desire, whatever that maybe. Most of have heard and even said the words “live in the now/present”, and for the most part all of us would say we do try to honour this code of conduct. I know for myself, while I try not to get too wrapped up in future plans – all of us to some degree or another have set forth intents that we wish to fulfill or manifest. The energy of April will reveal far more easily the parts of our lives where our plans are too rigid or limiting. They will begin to fracture in a way that isn’t as upsetting or challenging as before, and we will then feel more open and supported to take whatever action is required that serves the whole. April 6 – 30th the planet Mercury is Retrograde. Mercury relates to communication, thoughts, and when in retrograde we are given an opportunity to examine parts of our life. Sometimes if we try to over compensate during the review, we can create confusion and misunderstandings. It is a perfect time for Mercury’s review, but we must remain open and non-reactive to receive the truest benefit. April 19th is the New moon and our first solar eclipse of the year. A new moon is always a powerful time for review, setting intent for the new. Carolyn Brent once again explains beautifully the significance of this time. “ Daniel Giamario vision carrier for Shamanic Astrology says: "From the perspective of experiential and Shamanic Astrology, there are no more important cycles for ceremonial and magical work than those of lunar and solar eclipses." This is a Super New Moon experience worthy of our attention if we are desiring to accelerate plans already in motion or are seeding new ones. Within the energy of this New Moon Partial Eclipse of the Sun today we also have the seasonal move of the Sun into Taurus. This is the phase of the year when we begin to see the fruits of all this accelerated rapid growth that has been intensified this year with the Mercury Retrograde and today’s eclipse. So with all this high velocity Aries energy the focus now moves to Taurus reminding us of the importance of a slower pace for the purpose of enjoying and savoring each moment. This happens more easily when we consciously relax, slow down, breathe deeply and are willing to recognize and receive the boundless beauty of life. “ So, you can see what I mean by such grand council and support being offered this month from our celestial aspects. Each event this month accrues its theme and energy into the next. The affect is exponential for us individually, collectively and of course for our beloved mother earth. More than ever before we are being given the tools of true mastery, weaving together our cosmic and 3D threads into one garment that unites our parallel realities, inter-dimensional aspects, male/female counterparts into our own unique light and wholeness. We can choose in every moment of the day how we wish to accept this energy; it is there in abundance. It is important to be kind, gentle and allowing if physical symptoms continue to present themselves or emotional issues remain challenging. We have spoken of these over the past few months. Take time to listen to your body as best you can. When we share our experiences and support each other during these times – we shine our light even brighter Celebrate April’s bounty with prayer, meditation or ceremony in whatever way feels right for you. For many the Easter holiday is a powerful time of re-birth. I have the most wonderful opportunity to spend time in Hawaii this month, rejuvenating myself in the ancient lemurian waters with our beloved whales & dolphins. Where ever we are, we can connect with these loving beings, call them to you for they hold and express a love for us that is pure, like that of our sister’s The Pleiades.

Shala Shala was born and raised on Vancouver Island, in Western Canada and continues to make her home on this magical island. The death of her father in 1975 was the catalyst for what has now become a 28-year study of Spirituality, Energy, Frequency, Vibration & Healing. This study has made for an interesting path of self -discovery with the understanding that our "fears" can be released, and that we create our reality every moment of the day. Shala has always been fascinated with the body and its ability to hold energy. During the past year and a half she has been living a vegan lifefood lifestyle. During this time she has healed herself of a serious illness and from that gained a profound understanding of the intimate functions of the cells, lifeforce in foods, detoxification, youthing, increased vitality, energy and intuitive ability. Shala is currently studying with world renown Dr. David Jubb of New York City in a further attempt to master the subject of colloidal biology and the bridge between the physical and energy construct of the body. She continues to operate an energy healing practice and to create safe sacred space for clients to move into their power and experience the profound energy of their guidance. She continues to weave the many modalities she has studied into personal and transforamtion sessions of channelled information and healing. Having overcome a lifetime fear of water, Shala has re-membered her passion and connection to the whales and dolphins of our planet.
