DECEMBER 1, 2004THE MIRROR OF REFLECTIONIt seems to be a universal trait as we near the end of the year, no matter what colour, creed, religion or country we live in – all of us at one time or another “reflect” over the past year’s events and how our lives were affected. It is a time of quiet and thoughtful review; a time to make peace with all actions taken or decisions not made. The past eleven months have been monumental in terms of astrological alignments, star-gates, solar flares, and celestial downloads. As I sat and reviewed my year I was amazed at just how many months had significant events that mirrored something very personal for me but also for the collective, which is course is always the case! The first three months of the year brought us through the alchemical fire created by the potent energy received during the Harmonic Concordance of Nov/03. We were challenged both physically and emotionally, as relationships became the focus of change. April brought us the dazzle of Venus shining like a diamond and the numeric portal of the 4/4/4 bathed in the feminine energy of the Pleiades to support our wholeness. Old patterns and beliefs were being examined with great detail during the month of May. June 8th brought us the rare Venus Transit where Venus would drift across the face of the Sun as it passed between the sun and earth. The next transit will not occur until June 2012. This event catapulted the frequency and vibration of the planet – pushing us to honour the divine feminine and divine masculine in ourselves and each other. The momentum kept building in July. We felt at times set adrift, uncomfortable in this new energy. The planet Sirius was rising and we had two full moons allowing further mystery to be revealed. August brought us energy for our “foundation” with the 8:8 stargate – a vibrational shift allowing deep cellular codes to be revealed. Solar Flares were at an all time high – we were beginning to feel excitement, despite the physical symptoms of being tired, body aches etc. September thankfully gave us some breathing space but all of us felt the quickening of the energy – many felt the need to make big changes in their lives, a preparation for October. October was probably the most potent month of the year in all aspects. We experienced the Grand Quintiles or star/pentagram pattern that formed twice in the heavens. The pattern amplified the Venus Transit and brought forth a powerful embodiment of unity consciousness to the planet. Included in this were a solar and lunar eclipse, along with Jupiter moving into the sign of Libra for the next 13 months. November brought us the numeric pattern of the 11:11 – a powerful sequence of codes that messages directly with our DNA – many of us felt the “winds of change” blowing strong after this event. Our emotions mirroring to us the responsibility we have to ourselves and all our relationships. To say it has been quite a ride is an understatement. The need to be “quiet” and reflect is needed and very much part of the energy of December. It is time to take stock of how we feel and what we truly wish to remain in our lives. December begins with a bang so too speak – on Dec 1st Mercury will retrograde until Dec 20th when it goes direct. Mercury rules all kinds of messages, packages, reports, contracts, agreements, negotiations, and various forms of commerce and shipping. During this time it can bring on a number of delays, technical malfunctions and miscommunications. A thoughtful approach to communication is much needed during this time and offers us the opportunity to take stock and reflect. The balance to the 11:11 in November is the 12:12 in December. I always see and feel these two numeric portals as bookends, meaning that one supports the other. They are both messengers to our DNA, the twinning of our Divine Feminine and Masculine. A day when further codes are downloaded to the planet and the individual, helping us understand the deepest parts of our journey and our need to “let go” of all that no longer feels supportive or empowering. The new moon also occurs on December 11th, and combines powerfully with the energy of the 12:12 and expanded consciousness. A time to see what the mirror of the past year and in fact our current now is reflecting to us. What would we change about ourselves or our lives that would make us feel more balanced and whole? On December 21st we celebrate the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and the Summer Solstice in the Southern. Both represent a celebration of our beloved Mother Earth, and offer a time of reflection and giving thanks for the abundant year completed and the grand opportunities of the year to come. This timing is linked to a much larger 26,000 year cycle because the December Solstice is now rising along the Galactic Plane near Galactic Center. This can only occur for one time period during 26,000 years. This means what we are energizing in our hearts, thoughts, prayers, celebrations and ceremonies is what we are seeding for the next cycle including the coming year and the next 26,000 years as well. This is a three-day window (yesterday, today and tomorrow) as the Sun rises for three days at the exact same alignment on the horizon appearing to stand still. A bright beacon of light shining on the completion of the year, illuminating clearly the path we have taken and the many choices and opportunities that lay ahead in 2005. This is time of allowing and accepting the choices we have made, gently letting go of old patterns and setting our vision on what we wish to manifest in our lives as we move forward to 2005. As always when we move through these celestial timings we undergo a transformation that is deeply personal and supportive in whatever way is appropriate for us. The mirror of reflection can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and journey. Many are feeling the physical strain the past months have produced. We have discussed the symptoms often. Again it is a time to allow our body to rest if possible and allow it to find balance, as we begin the new and let go of the old. Christmas is for many a time of celebration, being with loved ones and family. It is a time to have some fun, laugh and share our gifts. Some of these gifts will be in brightly coloured packages, some will be the truest gift – giving and loving unconditionally ourselves and those we love and hold dear. 2004 has been a very intense ride on the roller coaster of life energy. We have survived tremendous vibrational shifts and empowered ourselves in the process. As the year ends, give thanks for all that has been experienced; hold the vision of what you desire deeply. Take control of your thoughts, actions and re-actions letting the most benevolent universe unfold before you all your hearts desire. From a place a deep reflection and gratitude, I wish all a wonderful celebration, prosperity and clarity for our journey ahead.
